Nighttime car accident kills 1 in North Carolina

While it is unclear if the driver of the truck attempted to flee the scene, authorities did state that a warrant was issued for the man’s arrest. Reports state that he eventually turned himself in and that he is facing numerous charges in relation to the incident.
